As I have started running, I was running a slow 10 minute mile, just to get my legs back into it.  As a couple weeks have gone by, I have decreased the time of my mile!  Today I ran my mile in 7:58!  Everyday I keep decreasing my time and getting back into it, without overworking it!  I am listening to my body and making sure I am not pushing myself too hard that it hurts.  It is exciting to see my endurance getting back to where I left off in April.  Great day to be a jay! 🙂
