Recently, I have changed my focus on how I exercise my body. It has almost been ONE year that I have committed to Crossfit (I can’t even believe that). Not only have I seen a change in my body, but my motivation to get stronger has gone up! No, I haven’t given up my love for running, but it is hard to balance! Regardless of what type of exercising I do, the bottom line still stays the same… I am happy and healthy and my knees are loving life! No complaints there! 🙂
